1st National Bank of South Florida is much more than just another lending institution. For decades the officers, employees, and families of 1st National Bank have lent their hearts and spirit to support those in need in Homestead, Florida City and in the surrounding communities. And, with that same generosity of spirit, 1st National Bank has continued to support the arts, education, and the spiritual needs of the community, with the belief that when individuals and businesses come together and work towards a common good, the community always benefits.

The Pioneer Room

The Pioneer Room is available for meetings of non-profit organizations. The room measures approximately 25’ x 60’ and is authorized to hold up 76 people. The room is also equipped with tables, folding chairs, TV/VCR and other audio visual aids. The configuration of the room is the responsibility of the group using the room. The use of the room is free, but requires that a reservation be made at least 48 hours in advance. For information, please call 305.242.8634.

The Pioneer Room is aptly named for the many historic pictures and documents on display. A walk through the Pioneer Room takes you on a tour through the history of 1st National Bank of South Florida and the cities of Homestead and Florida City.

The Mammoth Grills

For non-profit groups active in the 1st National Bank’s south Miami-Dade market area, the Bank has two, large barbeque smokers that are equipped with charcoal and wood fireboxes for smoking meats. For grilling only, the Bank also has a large, open grill. The smokers and grill are all trailer mounted for ease of transporting.

The use of the equipment is free but there is a $25.00 cleaning fee if the equipment is not returned clean. For information, please call 305.242.8634.

Concession Trailers

1st National Bank has three concession trailers available to non-profit groups. If your non-profit group or service organization is having an outdoor event, the 1st National Bank concession trailers may be reserved. For more information, please call 305.242.8634.
