Bumper Stickers are available in two types- There is the sticker on your bumper or the E-Z peel sticker for your back window.
Day and night, spotters will be out looking for 1st National Bank bumper stickers. If your vehicle is spotted with a bumper sticker, you may win $100 or more. But you have to keep checking this site each week to see if your license number is a winner. Good Luck!
2007 Grand Prize Winner
Maria Magdelena Noyola, a five-year customer at 1st National Bank’s East Biscayne branch won the final $500 in December, in 1st National Bank’s Grand Prize drawing for the “My 1st Choice” bumper sticker money giveaway. She had previously won in June.
Maria was very surprised by her good fortune. She had been in the hospital earlier in the month and winning the grand prize helped to make Christmas a little brighter for her and her family.
Also, as part of the “My 1st Choice” promotion program, 1st National
Bank donated $500 to Maria’s charity of choice, St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
Maria is a customer of 1st National Bank, but you don’t have
to be to play or win in the “My 1st Choice “promotion. The “My 1st Choice “bumper sticker money giveaway promotion has already begun and will run until December 5th of 2008.
How To Play
From January 4, 2008, until December 5, 2008, 1st National Bank of South Florida will be running its “My 1st Choice” Bumper Sticker Promotion. Come into any branch now until December 5th to get your bumper sticker. The sooner you put on your bumper sticker, the more chances you have to win! Every Friday, our secret spotter will pick one vehicle at random bearing a 1st National Bank My 1st Choice Bumper Sticker. The weekly winning license plate number will be posted in all branch offices of 1st National Bank of South Florida and on the 1st National Bank website at www.1stbumper.com or www.firstbumper.com for one (1) week beginning that Friday. The winner must claim his or her prize by 4:00 pm Friday of the following week by bringing his or her driver’s license and the registration for the vehicle with the winning license plate to one of the following branches.

Prizes
The minimum weekly prize is $100. Unclaimed prizes will be carried over and added to the following week’s prize money increasing by $100 each week, if unclaimed, up to a maximum of $500.
In December 2008, all previous winners will be eligible for a final drawing to win a Grand Prize of $500. 1st National Bank of South Florida will also donate a matching amount to the Grand Prize winner’s favorite charity. Drawing for the $500 cash prize and charitable donation will be held December 12, 2008 at 4:00 pm at the main branch on Krome Avenue. The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random by a representative of 1st National Bank of South Florida. You do not have to be present to win. The Grand Prize winner will be contacted by telephone, and the Grand Prize winning license plate number will be posted in all branch offices of 1st National Bank of South Florida and on the 1st National Bank website at www.1stbumper.com or www.firstbumper.com for two (2) weeks. The Grand Prize winner must claim his or her prize by 4:00 pm Friday, December 26, 2008. In the event that the Grand Prize winner does not claim his or her winnings within the allotted time, then an alternate license plate number will be drawn at random from among all other previous winners on Friday, December 26, 2008.

Who Is Eligible?
No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion. You do not have to be a customer of 1st National Bank of South Florida to win. There is no purchase required to win. You must be a legal U.S. resident, at least 18 years of age and a licensed driver with proof of ownership (i.e., registration) of the vehicle with the winning license plate number. Employees of 1st National Bank of South Florida and members of their immediate family, including household members, agents of the Bank, associated marketing firms and affiliated entities are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

Eligibility
The same registered vehicle owner can only win a weekly prize, one (1) time within any consecutive three-month period, even if for different vehicles. Each weekly winner must be a licensed driver and must bring in proof of ownership for the vehicle with the winning license plate number when collecting the weekly prize. In the event of parental, guardian, or business ownership of the vehicle, that vehicle owner must be present. Each winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability. All winners are responsible for any federal, state and local taxes and must supply social security or tax ID number when picking up their prize.
Consent to Publicity and Release
By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his or her likeness and voice for publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entrants agree to release and hold harmless 1st National Bank of South Florida, employees, agents, associated marketing firms and affiliated entities from any claims arising directly or indirectly from the promotion or any publicity regarding the promotion and from any receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: United States law governs this promotion. Void where prohibited. 1st National Bank of South Florida reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond 1st National Bank’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of this promotion, as determined by 1st National Bank of South Florida in its sole discretion. In such event, 1st National Bank of South Florida reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among any eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment or in any other method selected by 1st National Bank of South Florida in its sole discretion. 1st National Bank of South Florida reserves the right in its sole discretion to (1) change the dates of the entrance period of this promotion, with or without notice, in the event of inclement weather, technical failure, or for any other reason and (2) disqualify any individual that tampers with the entry process or the operation of this promotion, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. DISPUTES: Each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion or the prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of record in the State of Florida in Miami-Dade County or the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: 1st National Bank of South Florida is not responsible for: (1) incorrect, inaccurate, late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete or misdirected bumper stickers or other entries, or any bumper stickers or other entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to, the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer, network, hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or this promotion; (4) electronic or human error (including any 1st National Bank of South Florida telephone operator error) which may occur in the administration of this promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in this promotion or from downloading any material from the 1st National Bank of South Florida web site, regardless of whether the material was prepared by 1st National Bank of South Florida or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to the 1st National Bank of South Florida web site by a hypertext link.
