1ST NATIONAL BANK OF SOUTH FLORIDA ANNOUNCES FUTURE LOCATION
1st National Bank of South Florida announced that they have acquired land for another new branch office.

The new location, at Southwest 312 Street (Campbell Drive) and 147th Avenue, will be located across the street from the new Homestead Hospital site, currently under construction.

This project marks the beginning of planned expansion for 1st National Bank of South Florida to fulfill the needs of a growing population, not only in Homestead but in other areas of Miami-Dade County as well.

As William H. Losner, President of 1st National Bank of South Florida commented, “ We are excited, not only about the potential of continuing growth and expansion for 1st National Bank but over all, the greater possibilities, as everyone realizes that Homestead is a great place to live and do business. For 73 years, 1st National Bank has been the pillar of financial stability for this community and we certainly look forward to continuing that tradition of service and growth as the community builds.

1st National Bank of South Florida has been doing business since 1932 and is a full service, community oriented, Florida bank. 1st National Bank is the second oldest bank in Miami-Dade County and is based in Homestead, with branches in Kendall, Palmetto Bay, Princeton, Homestead Air Reserve Base, and a loan office located in Islamorada.
