1st National Bank of South Florida Announces Promotion
1st National Bank of South Florida is pleased to announce the promotion of Ms. Rocio Sanchez to the position of Branch Manager of their Palmetto Bay office, where she previously held the position of Assistant Branch Manager. Rocio has been with 1st National Bank for four years, starting in the Bank’s accounting department and
progressing to her current position.

Rocio is from Lima, Peru, where she held the position of Operations Manager for Banco del Nuevo Mundo. She has degrees from the ASBANC Institute in Lima, and since the onset of her career with 1st National Bank in Homestead; she has attended the Center for Financial Training in Florida, where she completed courses in Consumer, Commercial and Mortgage Lending. In addition, she has received certificates of recognition in Banking Operations, Banking & Financing and has also received her Branch Manager’s Certification. She plans to pursue her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in the near future.
