1st National Bank of South Florida is pleased
to announce that Arthur Valdes has come
on board as Branch Manager of its Kendale
Lakes office. Mr. Valdes was born and raised
in Miami. His previous banking experience
before making a career move to 1st National
Bank, was as a branch manager the Regions
Bank in Miami. He attended Miami-Dade Community
College and Florida National College in
Miami, FL, where he received his Business
Administration degree.

County and is based in Homestead, with branches

branch office under construction in Palmetto
Bay with completion anticipated in late
2005. Another new branch office will be
located on Campbell Drive east of the Florida
Turnpike, directly across the street from
the site of the new Homestead Hospital,
