David Peyton, President and CEO of 1st National Bank of South Florida, announced that Emilio Hernandez has been hired as Senior Vice President/Senior Loan Officer. Hernandez' areas of expertise and responsibilities will include Business and Product Development for the retail and commercial markets, as well as servicing existing clients.

Hernandez comes to 1st National Bank with more than 25 years experience, with a background in Portfolio Management and Financial Development, having worked in both the Miami market and the local South Dade market.
