Fari Tehrani appointed to new position

Fari Tehrani
1st National Bank of South Florida announced the appointment of Fari Tehrani as Vice President/Branch Administration at their Main office on Krome Avenue in Homestead. Tehrani joined 1st National as a part-time teller seventeen years ago in 1991, already with seven years experience as a banker in Miami and in Austria. She became a full-time teller in 1995 and was subsequently promoted to senior teller, then head teller, and, in 1998, Assistant Branch Manager of the Princeton office. Tehrani was promoted again in 2000 when she became a junior officer and assumed the responsibilities as Branch Manager of the Princeton Office. In 2006, she was promoted to Assistant Vice President.

Tehrani attended the University of Vienna, Austria, and Miami Dade College. She completed the Florida Bankers Association Supervisors Academy in 2003. In 2006, she graduated from the Florida Bankers Association’s, Florida School of Banking at the University of Florida.
