Noreen McPhie-Johnson recently celebrated her 10th anniversary of employment at 1st National Bank of South Florida. Ms. McPhie-Johnson is currently the Branch Operations Manager at our Palmetto Bay Office. She was previously employed at United National Bank and Mellon Bank before coming to us as a New Accounts Representative/Teller Floater. She has also held the positions of Senior New Accounts/CSR and Assistant Branch Manager.

Ms. McPhie-Johnson attended Queens College in New York and Miami Dade College. She has also completed courses at the Center for Financial Training, American Institute of Bankers and Western International University. Ms. McPhie-Johnson has resided in New South Miami Heights for the past 12 years with her husband and four children. She is a sports enthusiast who loves soccer and basketball.
